This mixed use commercial development was transformed from the nearly 100 year-old historic Catalog House building into 600 West, a 21st century, state-of-the-art, office and technology center. Since the southern portion of the Catalog House building is both a National Historic Landmark and a Chicago Landmark, great care was taken in the restoration.

The 1.5 million square-foot project combines office and technology tenants with restaurants, health club, spa and outdoor public area. The cornerstone of the project is a public river walk and marina along the east bank of the Chicago River.
