Creve Coeur Pavilion envisioned by Sol Barket, a native to the St. Louis surrounding communities. He purchased the vacant land and complied an entertainment/retail development consisting of a 12-screen, 2,400-seat AMC movie theater, Romano’s Macaroni Grill, California Pizza Kitchen, Stir Crazy, Panera Bread, Sweet Tomatoes, Oberweis Dairy and 21,000 square feet of specialty retail space. The development plan includes a heavily landscaped parking lot, a pedestrian promenade and a central fountain plaza. The project is located at the intersection of Olive Boulevard and Old Olive Road in the city of Creve Coeur, an affluent suburb of St. Louis.
