The project consists of two 100,000 square foot heavy timber loft buildings, one of which is currently signing tenants, and one which is vacant with renovation plans underway. The 20,000 square foot floor plates are rare in the existing loft office market, yet the building easily demises from 20,000 square feet to 5,000 square feet. The site will accommodate approximately 45 cars which gives us an advantage over many other markets such as the West Loop, where parking is nearly impossible to find.

Located in the heart of Pilsen, one of the hottest neighborhood in Chicago known for it’s authenticity, strong cultural roots and it’s thriving food and nightlife. The property is easily accessible being adjacent to I-90 and served by both the CTA and Metra train lines. Pilsen is transforming an old railroad bed to a 4 mile bicycle and walking path that is dubbed as the “Paseo”. The Paseo will include gathering spaces, gardens and public art celebrating the Latino culture. It will pass from the Halsted Metra Train Station to 18th Street, then South on Sangamon, directly adjacent to our property, giving us the ability to add a food and beverage component to further compliment the great location and serve our office tenants and the community. The views of the Chicago skyline from the building are second to none so a rooftop venue may even be warranted.
