Founder & CEO
Over the past 35 years, Solomon Barket has been active in the real estate industry, successfully completing over $1 billion in investments.
He began his career in project design and retail leasing and later as a Senior Principal, managing retail and mixed-use projects including Chicago’s first and only two lifestyle centers.
As Founder and Chief Creative Officer, Sol is responsible for all strategic planning and growth at Condor Partners as well as its affiliates where he continues to innovate to create new neighborhoods and communities.
He holds a BBA from St. Louis University with an emphasis in Finance and Economics.

Controller
Rashid graduated with B.S in Accounting from Northern Illinois University in 2015. He started his career with Jones Lang LaSalle as a staff accountant where he had a portfolio of large properties including a American Financial Realty Trust, a retail REIT, and had the sole responsibility of updating leases to be in compliance with the FASB’s latest lease standards. After leaving JLL, Rash moved on to work as corporate accountant with JVM Realty. In this role, he was in charge of Fund Accounting and a slew of residential properties. He was also brought into transition accounting back to JVM Realty from third party accounting firm and worked on migrating accounting software from Yardi to RealPage. After working at JVM, Rash was hired by Sterling Bay to work as a senior accountant. At this role, he was tasked with all development projects for Sterling Bay. He worked on large well-known developments in Chicago, namely the Google HQ, McDonalds HQ, Ace Hotel, Talbot Hotel, Tao Chicago, West Loop Hilton, and many more.

Founding partner
Michael has over 25 years of development experience as a principle, which includes master planning, hospitality, industrial, flex office and residential projects in urban and suburban markets across the country. He has been partners with Sol since 2007 when he joined Centrum Partners. As a rounding Partner and Head of Development at Condor, Michael is responsible for overseeing all of the firm’s real estate development activity. He received his BA from Princeton University and holds a Masters of Science from New York University with a focus in International Development and Finance. Michael also serves on the Board of Directors for Evanston Downtown & Art Encounter.

Hospitality
Bob Shelley began working with Sol Barket in 2011 on the development of Hotel Lincoln as the Hotel Operator. The hotel opening was a profound success and won them the Chicago Hotel of the Year recognition. Bob has been welcomed back into Condor in recent years for the development of a luxury boutique hotel in Chicago’s Old Town neighborhood. He will be operating the hotel under his new management company, Nth Hospitality. Prior to starting Nth Hospitality, Bob was VP of Hotel Operations for Aparium Hotel Group tasked with re-branding the iconic Carbon and Carbide Building to the St Jane Hotel on Michigan Avenue. Bob has opened, launched, renovated, and rebranded over 30 hotels, many having earned top performance and design awards.

Founder
Howard Weiner has almost 40 years of residential and commercial development experience. After beginning his career in commercial finance, he joined a Chicago design build firm where he ran their general contracting practice. After over ten years of general contracting and $200,000,000 in construction projects, he started Dearborn Development with a specialization in urban infill projects. While at Dearborn, Mr. Weiner developer over $500,000,000 of residential and commercial projects in markets such as Chicago, IL, Montreal, CAN, and Nashville, TN. Signature projects include Skybridge, a forty-story residential tower credited with starting Chicago’s hot west loop and winner of the AIA’s most prestigious award in 2004, the largest adaptive reuse project ever in Old Montreal.
