“Michael McLean knows a thing or two about real estate development. His company, Condor Partners, has worked on several projects across the Chicago area, but Evanston is his home. One of them, Trulee Evanston, the nine-story senior living community on Ridge Avenue, has become increasingly popular since opening in 2021 and is now nearly completely full, with long-term independent living, assisted living and memory care.
