Currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Condor Partners, LLC, Rashid has orchestrated a myriad of responsibilities with finesse and precision. His role encompasses a diverse range of tasks, from producing and reviewing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for Management, Investors, and Lenders, to managing the accounting intricacies of multimillion-dollar projects spanning multifamily, office, and hospitality sectors.

In his capacity as CFO, Rashid is the linchpin between clients and their representatives, including attorneys, tax advisors, and outside auditors. He interfaces seamlessly with property managers on a daily basis, ensuring the seamless transfer of financial information to tenants and ownership.
